Is Earyo safe to use?
Yes. Earyo was designed by medical professionals with safety in mind. Unlike cotton swabs or Q-tips—which can push wax deeper or damage the eardrum—Earyo uses soft silicone tips and a built-in camera to let you see exactly what you’re doing.
Can I use Earyo on children?
Yes, but only with adult supervision. Be extra gentle and avoid inserting the device too deeply.
How does the camera work?
Earyo features a high-definition micro-camera with LED lighting. It connects to your phone via Wi-Fi and shows a live feed in the Earyo app—available for iOS and Android.
How often should I use it?
1–2 times per week is sufficient for most users. Avoid daily use unless recommended by a doctor.
Can I clean or reuse the tips?
Yes. The included silicone tips are washable and reusable. We recommend cleaning them after each use and replacing them regularly.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders ship the next day after processing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays or customs inspection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order will need to be returned after delivery for a refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
You may be responsible for local duties or taxes upon delivery, depending on your country. These are not included in our prices.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipment, contact us for a full refund.
What if the item is damaged or defective?
Email us at support@earyo.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly.
How do I return an item?
Contact support@earyo.co within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is processed.
